Judge dismisses CN suit vs. Navy, Laurelwood

The Department of Navy's promise to buy out Laurelwood Homes, LLC and reverse its own plans for unimpeded access and civilian housing at NWS Earle reportedly prompted dismissal of Colts Neck Township's lawsuit over the plan, according to the Asbury Park Press.
